Three Day Lyrical Challenge, Day 3

TOP TEN TUESDAY_.png

This is the final day of the tag Sara gave me! As I said, I love music and tags, so this is a perfect choice for me. You can find day one here and day two here!

THE RULES:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Share one of your favorite song/lyrics one at a time for three days.
  3. Nominate three other bloggers each day.

[Verse 1: Both]
I know I stand in line, until you think you have the time
To spend an evening with me
And if we go someplace to dance, I know that there’s a chance
You won’t be leaving with me

And afterwards we drop into a quiet little place
And have a drink or two

[Hook: Both]
And then I go and spoil it all, by saying something stupid
Like I love you

[Verse 2: Both]
I can see it in your eyes, that you despise the same old lies
You heard the night before
And though its just a line to you, for me its true
It never seemed so right before

I practice every day to find some clever lines to say
To make the meaning come through
But then I think I’ll wait until the evening gets late
And I’m alone with you

The time is right your perfume fills my head, the stars get red
And oh the nights so blue

[Hook: Both]
And then I go and spoil it all, by saying something stupid
Like I love you
I love you, I love you

Fun fact, I love Michael Buble. He’s probably one of my favorite artists to listen to while I blog or do homework or read. He’s so chill and relaxed and he has an amazing voice. I also find it hilarious that I’m aroace and I love romantic songs. They’re my favorite to listen to. But, whatever. We’re just going with it.

I’m tagging: Virginia | Flowers in the Brain | Elise

Talk to me!
Am I the only one who loves Michael Buble?
